APPARENTLY HE IS BURIED IN AN UNMARKED GRAVE for note the following response to my photography request from Kay Arnold:

According to the listing available at San Leandro Public Library, Iver Torgerson was buried in the Potters Field area of the cemetery 02 Apr 1931 [don't know for sure if this is death or burial date]. Potters Field burials at San Lorenzo Cemetery were of deaths that occurred at the Alameda County Hospital, Fairmont Hopital, and the burials spanned July 10, 1920 - Nov. 17, 1931. The Hayward Area Historical Society 1988 was the original source of this list and the HAHS possess any original burial records that exist.
The Hayward Area Historical Society is at 22701 Main St., Hayward, CA 94541, ph. 501-581-0223. Their website is www.haywardareahistory.org, on which there is a note that they are unable to answer research questions at this point [I believe they are moving] and will be able to answer research questions again in the Spring of 2011.
