Mrs. H.W. Cowing who died at Johnstown, NY, recently, was a daughter of Mr. H.A.Streeter, of Cummington, a brother of George and Lucius Streeter of Johnstown. She spent a few weeks here last summer, in hope of regaining her health, but was ill during almost the entire time and scarcely recovered sufficiently to return. Mrs. Cowing left no children, but is survived by her husband. Her eldest brother, William, resided in Johnstown, NY. She also has one brother living in Kingsboro, and one in Gloversville. The remains were taken to Cummington.
