Drayton J. Long, 86, of Leesville, died Wednesday. Born in Lexington County, he was a son of the late John and Blanche Sligh Long Shealy. He was a retired custodian with Batesburg-Leesville High School and was a member of Cedar Grove Lutheran Church. He was married to the late Mrs. Eva Mae Rawl Long. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Tony (Diane) Bouknight of Leesville; and sons, Rembert Long of Gilbert and Wyman Long of San Lorenzo, Calif. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday at Cedar Grove Lutheran Church. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Barr-Price Funeral Home.
