Buddy was a self- employed Plumber and a member of the 7th Day Adventist. Surviving Buddy are his companion, Maryann Iwinski of Melbourne, FL; daughter, Carol Ann Bolt of Forest, VA; son, Charles Buddy Rogers, Jr. of Forest, VA; and three grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister, Joyce Ramsey of Madison Heights, VA. Lodge service will be held at 1 PM, Sunday, August 1st at American Legion Post #163, US 1, Eau Gallie, FL.
