In the 1870 federal census, Elizabeth was living in Warren Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania, with her brother, Abraham Culler. She was listed as, Elizabeth Culler, assisting her sister Martha in house keeping for her brother Abraham, her age was 33, and she was listed born in Pennsylvania. Also living with Abraham was another sister, Susan Culler, also assisting in house keeping, age 27, and a nephew, John Culler, a farm hand, age 12, both born in Pennsylvania.

In the 1900 federal census, Elizabeth and her sister, Martha, were still living in Warren Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. She was listed as, Elizabeth Culler, a land lord, age 64, born September 1835 in Pennsylvania, and her sister, Martha Culler, a land lord, age 69, born June 1830, in Pennsylvania.

In the 1910 federal census, Elizabeth was living alone in Mercerburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania. She was listed as, Elizabeth Culler, head of house, age 74, born in Pennsylvania. It also stated that her father was born in Maryland, and her mother, in Pennsylvania.
