"Laura Kurz Hinman"
Laura Marie Kurz Hinman passed away Nov. 24 at the Wesley hospital after an illness of six weeks.Funeral services were held Staurday at the Missionary Alliance church with Rev. Herbert Wagner in charge.Modell Met and Nell Witt sang accompanied by Mrs. Wagner.
Laura Kurz was born in Oak Valley township on July 8,1907 and graduated from the Wadena High School and attended the Minnesota Buisnee College in Wadena. She was emplyed for three years with the --- Mortage Comapany in Wadena and for the past six years she had been in the employ of the ----- of Ininapolis Indiania.On May 19 ,1930 Laura was united in marriage to Mation L. Hinman of Wadena.
SHe is survived by her parents Mr. and Mrs. John G. Kurz of Wadena ,two brothers,Fred of Staples and John M. of Wadena. Six sisters Mrs. A.M. Schoening (Ida) of St. Peters,Mrs. Ernes Descler (Lillie) of Bertha,Mrs. Ralph Perkins (Arlene) of Deer Crek ,Mrs. Leonard W. Tole (Mina) of Waubay South Dakota ,Mrs. Alvin Groz (sarah) of New Lispek North dakota and Esther of Wadena. All of her brothers and sisters were present at the funeral.
Pallbearers were all relatives of the deceased.
Internment was in the old Wadena cemetery.
