OBITUARY
Mr. Keith W. "Red" Stinger of Rahway died Tuesday at home. He was 74.
Funeral services will take place Friday at 9:15 a.m. from the Lehrer-Gibilisco Funeral Home, 275 West Milton Ave., Rahway, followed by a 10 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Mary's R.C. Church. Interment is in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Friends may call Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
Born in Rome, N.Y., Mr. Stinger lived in Rahway for the past 52 years.
He was the owner/operator of UGO Inc. for 25 years.
He was a U.S. Army Korean War veteran, a member of the Lafayette Lodge No. 27 of F&AM, Shriners, Kwianis Club, Retired Men's Club, and a communicant of St. Mary's R.C. Church, all of Rahway. Red was very active in the Rahway community volunteering his time to many civic organizations throughout his life.
He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be missed by all.
Mr. Stinger was predeceased by his son-in-law, Alan J. Allen. He is survived by his wife, Theresa M. (nee Nardone) of 52 years; one son, Ronald and his wife, Lisa Stinger; one daughter, Debora Allen, and four grandchildren.
