Our loving father Don William Judy passed away July 23, 2010 surrounded by his children. We loved him; he was a wonderful man.

He was born March 20, 1920 in St. Anthony, Idaho to Junius Victor Judy and Nellie Jane Roylance. Don grew up on the banks of the Snake River.

He married the love of his life Dellah Francis Hughes Dec. 24 1939. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple on June 8, 1962.

Dad left high school to work as a meat cutter in his youth during the depression to help his family.

He served in World War II in the Pacific Railroad Battalion. He was a Mess Sergeant in Okinawa, Japan for two years.

He started the Poky Teen Club in Pocatello, Idaho after the war. He owned Main Line Construction. In 1970 in the July 24th parade he won 1st place with his entry of his Pony Posse.

Dad loved fishing in Alaska, and the great outdoors. He served for 10 years in the Jordan River Temple. He served during his life in various callings for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He lived life to the fullest and was a family man.

He is now reunited with his wife and son Steven Scott.

Survived by his children: Don Paul (Dottie) Judy, Diana (Roy) Diederich, Pat (Danny) Williams, Bill (Michelle) Judy, Susan (Ken) Lambert, Jean Perkins, Christine (Paul) Chase and Allison (Will) Schaerr, and 112 grand, great-grand, and great-great-grandchildren.

Thanks Dad for a wonderful childhood, great adventures, teaching us to work hard, loving our beautiful mother and being our friend. We love you!
