She is survived by her husband, Jesse Kinnaird of Centreville, AL; daughter, Angela Hollifield (Robby) of Brent, AL; son, David Kinnaird of Centreville, AL; sister, Violet Waterman of Blountville, TN; brother, Randall Shelton of Kingsport, TN and five grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Hamlett Dobson Funeral Home in Kingsport, TN, on Friday, July 30, 2010, from 6 to 8 PM. Graveside services will be held at Holston View Cemetery in Weber City, VA on Saturday, July 31, 2010, at 10 AM.
She was adopted when she was 17 years old by Alec and Hazel Shelton. Hazel was her Aunt. Her biological mother was Minnie Fields.
