Grandmother Wins Child from Mother

SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 23- When 7-year old John Kobzeff in Superior Court yesterday was unable to decide whether he wanted to return to his mother or continue to reside with his grandmother, Judge L. L. Harris decided to keep him in the custody of the grandmother, Mrs. Julia Kobzeff of Elmira. The mother, Mrs. Dorothy Kobzeff, 705 Vermont Street, appealed for custody of the boy because, she said, the grandmother moved frequently and John's schooling was interfered with. The lad went to live with the grandmother in November, 1934, when the mother and father were divorced.
