Dorothy Bratcher, 78, of Leitchfield, died Tuesday, July 27, 2010, at her residence. She was born April 5, 1932. She was a homemaker and a member of Clarkson Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy Bratcher; her son, Dennis Bratcher; her parents, Worthel Keller and Tresia Ann Higdon Bocock; and two brothers, Jerome and J.W. Bocock. Survivors include five daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and Bill Embry of Leitchfield, Glenda and Leon Goss of Bowling Green, Marsha and Brian Zeitz of Bridgeport, W.Va., Annette and Jim Goff of Bowling Green and Allison and Chris Hyde of Chicago; 14 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. The funeral is at 11 a.m. CDT Saturday at Clarkson Baptist Church with Brother Art Hatfield officiating. Burial will be in Leitchfield Memory Gardens. Visitation begins at 11 a.m. CDT Friday at Rogers-Oller Funeral Home in Clarkson and continues after 8 a.m. Saturday at the church.
