Edna C Wilking, 88, 4321 North Pennsylvannia t., Indianapolis, former resident of rural Shoals, died at 4 PM yesterday at the methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.
She was born December 11, 1888 in Hardinsburg, Ind., to Moses Isaac and Lucretia McClung Roberts and was married tin 1912 to Curtis Cox Wilking, who preceded her in death in 1957.
Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Howard (Wanda) Ehrhart of Indianapolis, with whom she resisded; and two grandchildren.
A son Wayne Roberts Wilking, died March 4, 1960. She was also preceded in death by two sisters, Ida White, Florence Bex (Milton) and one brother, Clarence Roberts (Pearl).
Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday in Elmwood Chapel of Day and Carter Mortuary with Brother Edwin Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Mt Olive Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9pm today at they mortuary.
