Harriett Barlow was the beloved daughter of Roger and Carolyn (nee Pettigrew) Barlow. She was born November 28, 1945. She was the sister of Raymond and Timmie Barlow. She died on March 27, 1954 from a skull fracture after falling from a moving car. The accident occurred on Clarence Center Road near Kraus in Clarence, NY. She was in the second grade at the Parker Elementary School, Clarence.
