She was raised in Long Beach, Calif. where she met and married her high school sweetheart, George Copp Jr. in March 1941.
She relocated to Phoenix in 1954 where she was a homemaker and raised two sons. In 1972, her husband retired and she and her family moved to their summer home at Rim Trail, north of Payson. Upon her husband's death in 2004 she moved to Cottonwood and lived at Cottonwood Village.
Mrs. Copp enjoyed golf, baking and fishing. She was active in Daughters of the Nile and the Eastern Star.
She is survived by two sons, John Douglas and James Edmond; and five grandchildren, Jessica, Jacqueline, Kevin, David and Rebecca.
She was preceded in death by her husband, George.
