Mrs. Frieda Crystal Shipp Cousins, 70, of Armstrong, Missouri, died February 24, 1999 at the North Village Park Nursing Home in Moberly, Missouri. She was born June 30, 1928 at Saint Paul, Arkansas, the daughter of Bert and Eunice Cornett Milligan. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her first husband, Arthur Victor Shipp on October 3, 1975. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Maurice Milligan.

Survivors include: one brother, Felix Milligan of Saint Paul; four sisters, Mrs. Gaye Smith and Mrs. Joanne Paszkiet, both of Fayetteville, Mrs. Gwendolyn Bivens and Mrs. Rhea Murray, both of Saint Paul; her longtime companion, James Tweedy of the home; several nephews and nieces.

Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 27 at the Saint Paul Full Gospel Church with Rev. Doyle Baker officiating. Interment was in the Brashears Cemetery under the direction of Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville. Pallbearers were Jerry Simmons, Russell Hoskins, Lloyd Mayes, Carl McComas, Ebb Riddle, Sonny Varnell, Doyle Riley and Butch Eaton.
