Faith Dunn Greenwood, only child of Robert and Clara Dunn, was born in Emerson, Nov. 13, 1900 and passed away at the Brian Memorial hospital in Lincoln, Nebr. March 17, 1970 at the age of 69 years, four months and four days. She was raised in Emerson and became a member of the Methodist church at an early age. In 1918 she graduated from the Emerson high school and in 1922 from the University of Nebraska.
She then became a member of the Marshalltown high school facuilty. For 24 years she was a professional piano teacher.
Sept. 18, 1926 she was united in marriage with Charles G. Greenwood. To this union two daughters were born. They lived in Osceola, Nebr. for 20 years.
Survivors include her husband, daughters Mrs. Beverly Bendixen of ElCajon, Calif., and Mrs. Donald (Karen) Spiekerman of Mission Viejo, Calif., and two grandchildren.
Burial was in the Emerson Cemetery.
