She was a member of the Bell Township Grange and attended the Corner Stone Worship Center in Indiana. A resident of RD 1 Mahaffey; she passed away on Tuesday,30 April 1996, at the Miners Hospital, located in Spangler.
She is survived by two sons, Arnold Price of RD 1 Mahaffey and Samuel Beatty of Williamsport; a sister, Bessie Paul of Gipsy; six grandchildren, seven great- grandchildren, two step- grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Paul Price; her second husband, Walter A. Beatty; four brothers, two half- brothers, two sisters and a step-sister.
Services were held at the T.G. McCracken Funeral Home,in Mahaffey, for Maude M. Beatty, 91,
Pastor Paul Price officiated and interment was made in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery, RD 2 Punxsutawney.
