E. J. Clark, brother of D. L. Clark, died at the latter's home in Bates Park last Friday morning. He had been suffering from heart trouble for some time, and came over from near Laramie several weeks ago in hopes the change of altitude would be of benefit to him, but the change only hastened his death.

DEATH AT BATES PARK.
E. J. Clark, an elderly gentleman whose home is near Laramie, died at the home of his brother, Dan L. Clark, in Bates Park last Friday. The deceased had been troubled with heart disease and was paralyzed to some extent on one side, and accompanied by his brother Geo. V. Clark and his son, a young man about 27 years of age, had driven overland to visit with his brother, at whose home he died. He leaves a family fully grown, and on account of the distance to his home and hot weather the remains were interred in the cemetery at Freeland, on Saturday.
