Roger William Barlow was the son of William Henry and Francis Mary (nee Styles) Barlow. He was born September 8, 1905 in Canada. He immigrated to USA in 1906. He was the brother of Edith Florence and Alice Francis Barlow. He married Carolyn Elizabeth Pettigrew July 14, 1934. They had three children Raymond Robert, Harriet Leora and Timmie Raymond. He was employed at the Huntley Station of Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. He died July 10, 1970 at his home on Kraus road in Clarence, New York.
