Charlie J Collins (17 Apr 1890 - 21 Aug 1977) married Clara M. Wright (1902-1989) and they share a gravestone at New Zion Cemetery. Other children mentioned at the time of the death of their daughter, Alice Corrine Collins (14 Nov 1935- 26 Sep 2005; wed Herman E. Hyde & Otha M.Dunnavant) were son Grady Collins of Hollenwald; daughters, Vera Gregg of Rockvale and Florence Reeves of Shelbyville. Alice Corrine Collins is buried at Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Alice Corrine (Collins) Dunnavant died yesterday. She was a retired employee of the W.E. Stephens Company and 69 years old.

Visitation will be held today from 5-8pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home .

Services will be held tomorrow at 2pm in the chapel of Carr & Erwin Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery.

Survivors include two sons Michael Keith Hyle, Jeffery David Hyle and three daughters, Deborah Hyle Pannell, Sheila Gail Hyle, and Nancy Lynn Dunnavant Tallent, all of Pulaski. She is survived by a brother Grady Collins of Hohenwald and by two sisters, Vera Gregg of Rockvale and Florence Reeves of Shelbyville. Nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren also survive.

A Giles County native, she was preceded in death by her parents, Charles & Mary Collins.

Memorial donations are suggested to the Hospice of Highland Rim or the American Cancer Society.

Carr & Erwin Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
