She was married on May 9, 1928 in Eldon Missouri to the late Andrew Jackson Croy who preceded her in death on September 12, 1989. A vibrant part of the 21st century, Ada Marie Croy developed and maintained an excellent reputation as a housewife, seamstress, employee of Cheeseborough Ponds, and a member of New Hope Baptist Church where she served as Sunday School Director and Teacher, Vacation Bible School Director and Womens Missionary Union President.
Survivors include 2 sons, Jim Croy and wife Dorothy of Jefferson City, MO, and Jerry Croy and wife Sharon of Centertown, MO; 1 daughter, Chlora Reimler of the home; 13 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 19 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son Marschel Croy; one grandson, Kevin Croy; great grandchildren, Benjamin Carey, Adam Markway, Abby Croy; great great grandchild, Hailey Glavin and 6 brothers and 4 sisters.
