Daughter of Andrew Wilson and Amelia Downing, married Charles Martin Van Duzen (son of Abraham Van Duzen and Joanna Kellogg on 24 Oct 1860 at Campbell County, Kentucky.

Mary died of consumption (tuberculosis) at her home on Madison (now 5th) Street in Newport, KY. She had one surviving son, Harrie Warren Van Duzen.

Mary was first interred on her 11th wedding anniversary; 24 Oct 1871 in the family plot of her brother-in-law (Benjamin Cadwell Van Duzen); at Section 49, Lot 196SE. She was removed and reinterred in the plot of her husband on 24 Feb 1906, along with their son Andrew and daughter Maryella.
