Earle Bartley Amey was my grandfather's brother. He married Della Bush and they had one child, Earle Bartley Amey Jr.

Earle is buried in France where he died while serving in WWI. He was a private in the U.S. Army, 309th Infantry Regiment, 78th Infantry Division.

His mother, Mary Geneva made the mother's pilgrimage with many other mothers and wives to visit his grave in France.
