Parents, Charles and Julia Chihil. Eight brothers and two sisters. Married Lois Ann Young, 1963, Columbus, Ohio. Two daughters, Deborah Lynn, and Pamela Michelle. Killed by a drunk driver on New Year's Eve. Michael was police chief of Newbury Township. He was traveling to aid a fellow officer when struck by the drunk driver.
