Andrew Frank Rok, 99, Johnstown, died Aug. 5, 2010, at LaurelWood Convalescent Center. Born Jul. 10, 1911, in Johnstown, son of Frank and Mary Rok. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Elizabeth (Tkach) Rok; brothers, Michael, John, Stanley, George and Joseph Rok; and sister, Sophie Mash. He was the last survivor of his immediate family.

Survived by children, Rose Mary Hagadus, Johnstown; and Albert, and wife, Jacqueline Rok, Myersville, Md. Also survived by sister-in-law, Martha Rohal; grandchildren, Christopher Rok; and Milissa Kirkwood, and husband, Greg; great-grandchildren, Amanda and Caitlyn Rok and Lauren, Jake and Cage Kirkwood; nieces and nephews; and close friends, John and Dolores Kasper.

He retired from the car shop division of Bethlehem Steel Corp. Andrew was an avid gardener and handyman. A member of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, where friends and family are asked to attend viewing and visitation from 10 a.m. until time of funeral Mass at 11 a.m. Saturday, Franciscan Friars, OFM, Conv. Interment, Grandview Cemetery. Arrangements by Francis G. Ozog Funeral Home Inc., Broad St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in memory of Andrew F. Rok.
