MATHEWS- Mrs Zipporia(sic) Hurst, aged 81 years, died at the home of her son, Elwood Hurst at Grimstead, Tuesday morning.
Survivng her are two daughters, Mrs. John Callis of Moon; and Mrs. Roy Topping of Eastport, Md.; a son, Elwood Hurst of Grimstead; a sister, Mrs. Mary Hodges of Norfolk, and one half-brother, Hein Armistead of New Point, and nine grandchildren.
Mrs. Hurst was a member of Emanuel M. E. church. Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at Gwynn's Island Baptist church, conducted by Rev. I. E. Belch. Interment will be made in the Island cemetery.
