Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Naomie Hayes; three brothers, John H., Ernest and Harlan L., and two sisters, Mrs. Wilson Neathery of Taylorville and Mrs. E. O. McCoy of Springfield. Funeral services Wednesday afternoon at the residence of the decedent's mother. Interment in Oak Ridge cemetery. - Il State Register, Springfield, IL, 1-3-1922
