John Morrison Talley Age 85 of Ashbourne Hills died suddenly Tuesday, September 4, 2001 at home. Mr. Talley was a retired welder for the Sun Oil Company for over 30 years. He loved antiques and going to yard sales and caring for his home and yard. His wife of 60 years, Leora M. Talley died June of 1996. He is survived by his son and daughter-in-law, John C. and Geraldine Tally of Newark; 6 grandchildren, Justin Talley-Beck, John Bradford Talley, Kyle Joseph Talley, Carolyn Cumbo, David White and Debbie White and 6 great grandchildren. John is predeceased by a daughter, Elaine White. Services will be Monday, September 10, 2001 at 11 am in the McCrery Memorial Funeral Home, 3924 Concord Pike, Talleyville, where friends may call after 10 am. Burial will be in Grace Episcopal Church Cemetery, 4900 Concord Pike (across from Concord Mall). Contributions can be made to Grace Episcopal Church.
