Donald H. Nibbe, founder and president of Twin Plant News, a magazine for the international maquila industry, died Wednesday (Jan. 10, 2001). He was 67 years old and served in the U. S. Army. He was an El Paso resident for 24 years.
Survivors include his wife, Rosa Maria; his sons, William B. Nibbe and James D. Nibbe; his daughters, Cynthia J. Jenkins, April A. Nibbe and Michele K. de Richter; one sister; and 14 grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 4 to 9 p.m. today in Sunset Funeral Home West. A funeral will be at 10:45 a.m. Friday in Sunset Funeral Home West Chapel of Remembrance. Memorial contributions may be made to the Candlelighters.
