Mr. Billinger was born in Oakley, Kan. He was an aircraft mechanic for Continental Airlines in Denver and served as hangar shop foreman for 37 years.
Survivors include two daughters, Deena Finley of Commerce City and Denise Haney of Fort Lupton; his mother, Loretta of Aurora; one sister, Patricia Combs of Columbus, Ohio; and four grandchildren.
