Was a memmber of the Fishers United Methodist Church and a Charter member of the Fishers Fire Department. He was Chief for 13 years. He Played two years in D league Baseball for the Cleveland Indians, Coached little League and Pony league baseball in Fishers and was a Cub Scout Master.
In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived two daughters Gail (Doug) Bryant of Cleveland, Texas and Cindy (Eddie) Southard of Noblesville: Two sons Glenn "Rusty" (Carol) of Fishers and David (Rita) Woods of Noblesville; a sister Lorraine Mullendore of Carmel, and two brothers Julius (Keva) of Indianapolis and Terry (Phyllis) Woods of Fortville; 10 grandchildren; 7 great-grandhildren; and several nieces and nephews.
