The funeral was held Wednesday at St. Patrick's church and interment was in charge of Undertaker Kelley of Callicoon.
Mr Tobin was born in Brooklyn and lived in Long Eddy 40 years.
HE was a stone cutter.
Leaves wife who was Margaret Lanahan of Long Eddy; 3 sons - Neil and Frank of Long Eddy and Donald of Hankins, and 2 daughters - Mrs Frances Dwyer (whose husband was killed on the Erie tracks last September) and Mss Rose, both at home.
