Sikeston - William E. Alberson, 81 years old of Sikeston, died today in a hospital here. He was born Nov. 7, 1885, the son of Newt and Eva Hahn Alberson. Mr. Alberson was a retired policeman.
He is survived by his wife, the former Miss Rose Farron; five sons, Ray Alberson, Elvis Alberson, Charles Alberson, Marion Alberson and Gene Alberson; three daughters, Mrs. Opal Anderson, Mrs. Geraldine Lewis and Mrs. Jo Oertli; a sister, Mrs. Helen Grapham; 18 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at the Jackson Funeral Home in Sikeston.
