Malcolm "Milky" Gill, age 74, of East China Twp., died April 21, 2008. He was born March 4, 1934 in Richmond Twp. to John and Beatrice Gill. Malcolm was employed by DeLude Construction, Nelson Sharrow, and retired from Raymond Excavating. HE was a member of Laborer's Union 1075, Flint.
Malcolm's hobbies included woodworking, masonry work, fishing, and hunting.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara; children, Marvin (Frances) Gill, Larry Gill, Lisa (Jeff) Cottrell; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren; brother, James "Chub" (Ruth Ann) Gill, Marvin (Valerie) Gill; and sisters, Carolyn Snay and Gladys (Tom) Beckam. He was preceded in death by children, Melvin L. Gill and Pamela Zelenock; brothers, Roy Smith and Maynard Gill and sisters, Phyllis Seay, Valerie Mathieu, Betty Horton, and Dorothy Biskner.
Services will be held Thursday at 10:00 at Young Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, China Twp. Visiting hours are Wednesday 2:00 to 9:00 P.M.
Memorials may be made to St. John's Hospice.
