This is most likely part of the broken tombstone of Lucinda A. Josephine "Josie" ROSS, the first wife of William Workman (W.W.) Hobbs. "Josie" died between the 29 Jul 1870 Census and 23 Apr 1871 when W.W. Hobbs married his second wife, Salina F. 'Amanda' Pearson. "Josie", born 20 Jul 1847, was a daughter of Silas Coleman Ross and wife Matilda E. Ayers.

Suggested edit: Just FYI : per familysearch.org she was born abt 1845 and died before 1871, as her husband is listed as remarrying in 1871. They had no children together.
