Milburn Kendrick Adcock, son of the late B G Adcock, passed away in Atlanta, GA at the Veteran's Hospital May 5.
Funeral services were held on Monday, May 7 at the home of his sister, Mrs R L Maddux in Cookeville, conducted by Elder A S Landiss. Burial was in Cookeville City cemetery.

Mr Adcock was born in Smithville October 12, 1887. A graduate of Branham and Hughes School, Spring Hill, he obtained his law degree from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, Indiana. For several years he practiced his profession, but was forced to discontinue due to ill health. He was a member of the editorial staff of West Publishing Co of St Paul, MN, and assisted in compiling for publication legal documents from Supreme Court cases. He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors are 4 sisters; Mrs W L Weir, Oklahoma City, OK; Mrs D C Lee, Washington, D C; Mrs H T Whittson and Mrs H L Maddux, Cookeville.
