Tanner Lee Webb came to this world October 13th, 2003 but
flew to Heaven October 21st, 2006 just 23days after his 3rd Birthday.

Tanner was loved.
But during the last four months of his life, Tanner was kept away from his father and paternal family by his mother. When Tanner's stepfather called 9-1-1 on October 21st, 2006 he said Tanner had hit his head during a game of airplane but Tanner's autopsy told a different story.
Tanner was beaten, tortured and sexually assaulted by his stepfather. Tanner had 43 external injuires from his face to his feet. Multiple Head Hemorrhages and one of them caused the final blow. His death was listed as Blunt Force Trauma to the Head. And listed as a Homicide.
