She was a native of Hastings and lived in Palatka for the past 25 years.
She retired from Sun Bank. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church and the Palatka Pilot Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Sederberg of Fairfax, Va., and Renee Clark of St. Augustine; a son, Anthony J. Lowman of Jacksonville; a sister, Helen B. Causey of Hastings and four grandchildren.
Graveside services are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Evergreen Cemetery in St. Augustine with Dr. William Worley, pastor of Christ United Methodist Church of Hastings, officiating.
Craig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
