Linda Mary Bevard lost her battle with lung cancer and passed away at her home in Delta Junction on July 29. She was born Linda Mary Quaife in Tacoma, Washington, on March 31, 1947. She moved to Alaska in 1975 and to Delta Junction in 1981. Linda loved Alaska as much as she loved life.
She left behind her mother, Mary; brother Doug, husband Keith, and five children. The children are Wendy (Freeman) Carter, Robert Freeman, James Freeman, Dawn (Bevard) Isbill, and Robbie Bevard. Linda was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend. She will be deeply missed by all that were blessed to have her in their life.
