Mrs. Crystal Tuley, 102, of the Lewis County Nursing Home, Canton, died Monday, January 15, 2001, at the nursing home. Born June 8, 1898 in Lewis County, she was a daughter of Andrew J. and Emma M. Sullivan Hamilton. She married Ernest Tuley on February 17, 1918 in Lewistown. He died in 1986. She was amember of the First Baptist Church in Lewistown. Survivors include two sons, Elmo Tuley and his wife, Vivian, Lewistown; and Ernest D. Tuley and his wife, Martha, Quincy; a daughter, Mrs. J. C. (Mary) Wheeler, Canton, ten grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; one brother Jack Hamilton; five sisters, Marjorie Lepper, Leta Gosney, Iva Adams, Nellie Gilbert and Hazel Rayl. Funeral services were held Wednesday, January 17, 2001, at 2:00 p.m. at Arnold's Funeral Home in Lewistown with Dr. Elmer McCully officiating. Visitation was held Tuesday, January 16, after 4:00 p.m. with the family present from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. at Arnold's Funeral Home in Lewistown. Burial was in the Lewistown Cemetery. Pallbearers were Joe Tuley, Wayne Tuley, Vincent Tuley, Mark Shuman, Charles Wiskirchen and Richard Hamilton. Memorials may be made to the First Baptist Church of Lewistown or the Lewis County Nursing Home.
