Dennis Ray Hornback, infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Cebert Hornback of 1103 East Elm street, died Thursday evening at the Olney Sanitarium.
Besides his parents, he is survived by one brother, Ronald, and his maternal grandparents.
Brief funeral services were held at the Schaub Funeral Home on Friday and burial was in Haven Hill cemetery with Rev. J. S. Pritchard in charge.
