Margaret Cleo Nelson, 85, of 1020 Bateman St. died Friday, Nov. 18, 1994, at St. Mary Medical Center in Galesburg.
Born April 14, 1909, in Altona to Henry L. and Mabel Estella Hayden McGaan, she married Paul A. Nelson on March 21, 1931, in Altona. He died March 6, 1963.
Surviving is her daughter, Mrs. Richard (Margaret Jane) Johnson of Galesburg.
She was preceded in death by three sisters.
She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Abingdon.
Burial will be in Oneida Cemetery in Oneida.
