Vivian Lenora Duke

Vivian Duke, 87, of Boise, Idaho, passed away peacefully at her daughter's home August 18, 2010.
She was born December 7, 1922 in Twin Falls, Idaho to Oscar and May Nelson. She had three daughters, Julie, Mary and Donna. She loved to work in her garden and her yard showed her attention to detail. She was also an excellent seamstress and loved to crochet. She worked for the telephone company until her retirement in 1982.
Vivian was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1945 and remained faithful until her death. She looked forward to everlasting life in God's new kingdom.
Vivian is survived by her daughters Julie (Len) Hickman, Mary (Charlie) Hartman, Donna (Roger) Scharfen, seven grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Special thanks to Harrison's Hope Hospice for the loving care they showed Mom and the guidance they provided the family during this sad time.
Vivian was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
