He was a 1976 graduate of French Camp Academy. "Clyde" and his father "Ennis" worked together as independent loggers. He was a member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. He was an avid family man who loved Jesus and sharing his faith. Clyde was tender-hearted, compassionate and always willing to help anyone with anything.
He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Karen Rainey Ferrell; one son, 1st Lt. Ennis Clyde Ferrell, III stationed at Ft. Drum, N.Y.; one daughter, Amy Ferrell and his special granddaughter, Anne Louise Ferrell of French Camp; his parents, Ennis and Clemma Ferrell of French Camp; one sister, Brenda Ferrell Stewart and her son, Ty Stewart of Pearl.
Pallbearers are Jay Ferguson, Justin Marshall, Jeremy Henley, Randall Collier, Patrick Thomas, and Mitch Sanders.
