On June 11, 1896 she married William R. Glover, a widower with ten mostly grown children in Blackford County, IN. They lived in Millgrove and had one son. He had contracted soldier diseases and sustained injuries in the Civil War that made him unable to work for any length of time, causing the family hardship. Some of his children had been sent to live in the IN Soldiers and Sailors Orphan Home. He spent many years trying to obtain a soldiers pension to support his family. He passed away April 2, 1906. She resided in Millgrove until her health deteriorated and she moved into a Widows Soldiers Home. She passed away in 1913.
She was survived by sons, Mac Clapper of Hartford City, IL, Harry Glover of Millgrove, IL, stepsons, Charley Glover of Hancock, MN; Albert Glover of Detroit, Michigan, Clint Glover of Ft.
