On Nov. 7, 1876 she married Henry Clapper of Blackford Co., IN. The couple had one child and she was pregnant with their second child when they divorced in 1879 and she moved back to reside with her parents.

On June 11, 1896 she married William R. Glover, a widower with ten mostly grown children in Blackford County, IN. They lived in Millgrove and had one son. He had contracted soldier diseases and sustained injuries in the Civil War that made him unable to work for any length of time, causing the family hardship. Some of his children had been sent to live in the IN Soldiers and Sailors Orphan Home. He spent many years trying to obtain a soldiers pension to support his family. He passed away April 2, 1906. She resided in Millgrove until her health deteriorated and she moved into a Widows Soldiers Home. She passed away in 1913.
She was survived by sons, Mac Clapper of Hartford City, IL, Harry Glover of Millgrove, IL, stepsons, Charley Glover of Hancock, MN; Albert Glover of Detroit, Michigan, Clint Glover of Ft. Wayne, IN, Mason, Lewis, and Lester Glover of Millgrove, IN; stepdaughters, Mrs. Emma (George) Harris of Millgrove, IN; Mrs. Mary (Charles) Davis of Millgrove, IN; and Mrs. Forest Mae (Alison) Evans of Hartford City, IN.
She was preceded in death by third husband, William Glover in 1906; father, Abraham Cassel in 1880; mother, Nancy Cassel in 1907; half-brothers, Sam Cassel in 1910 and George Cassel in 1906 and half-sister, Catherine.
