Mrs. George Boak, 64, of 21 Dixon st., a native of Soldiers Grove, died Friday in a Madison nursing home after a long illness.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Soldiers Grove Reorganized Latter Day Saints Church.
Mrs. Boak was born in Soldiers Grove and lived there most of her life. She moved to Madison six months ago.
Survivors include her husband; her mother, Mrs. Ida Maybee, Soldiers Grove; three daughters, Mrs. Pat Dyer, 834 Maple terrace; Mrs. James Madden, 1205 Williamson st.; and Mrs. Leonard Knutson, 21 Dixon st.; a brother, Archie Maybee, Soldiers Grove; three sisters, Mrs. George McShane, Prairie du Chien; Mrs. Irvin Bailey, 224 State st.; and Mrs. Buford Briggs, Muscoda; eight grandchildren and six (great) grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Chitwood funeral home in Soldiers Grove from 2 today until Monday noon.
