Mrs. Leo Gish, 32, Buried Here Friday -
Funeral services were held Friday, August 15 for Mrs. Leo Gish of Palmer, who was killed Tuesday, August 12 when struck by a passenger train near Hastings.
Mrs. Gish was born January 18, 1937 at Clearfield, South Dakota, the daughter of Charles and Myrtle Leetch. In 1943 she moved with her family to Colome, S. D. where she attended school.
On December 19, 1958 she was married to Leo Gish at Hammil, South Dakota. They lived there until 1964, when they moved to Hastings. In 1967 they moved to their present home at Palmer.
Besides her husband, Leo, she is survived by five children, Lonnie, Rodney, Tommy, Roger and Tammy, all at home; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Leetch of Palmer; three sisters, Mrs. Julia Dean of Griffin, Ga., Mrs. Inez Harrison of Snowville, Nev., and Barbara Jean of Palmer; and nine brothers, Kenneth of California, Clinton of Missouri, Stanley, Reuben and Bobbie at Wyoming, and George, Curtis, Joe and Paul, all of Palmer.
