Mr. Jarvis was a member of the carpenter's union.
Survivors: wife Bertha M.; daughter, Mrs. Helen Birthisel fo Elk Hills; brother Vernie of Elk Hills; sisters, Mrs. Edgar Dumont and Mrs. Clara Eberhart of South Charleston.

Service will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at Elk Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Morgan and the Rev. Bernard Vanderbeck in charge. Burial will be in Jarvis Family Cemetery.
