She was born April 18, 1938, in Belle Vernon, a daughter of John Martin and Mildred Holod Kelly.
Mrs. Morgan formerly worked at Green Valley Packing Co.
A very active member of Grove United Presbyterian Church, she served as the church treasurer and was involved in the choir and Sunday school. She also was a member of Buffalo Homemakers Group for more than 40 years and was a former 4-H leader.
On October 10, 1959, she married D. LeRoy Morgan, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, James (Kimberly) Morgan of Jacksonville, Fla., Charles (Jody) Morgan of Avella, Scott Morgan of Avella and Jason Morgan of Canonsburg; a daughter, Carol Morgan Doman of Hickory; a brother, Tom (Peg) Kelly of Tyrone; a sister, Ruth (Bob) Talley of Phoenix, Ariz.; and three grandchildren, Brent Morgan, Brianne Morgan and Kelly Doman.
Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in William G. Neal Funeral Homes Ltd., 925 Allison Avenue, Washington, where services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, September 2, with the Rev. Jack Emerick officiating. Burial will follow in National Cemetery of the Alleghenies,
