MRS. S. A. RACETTE
CONCORDIA—The funeral for Mrs. Adelia M. Racette, 82, formerly of Concordia, will be at 10 am Monday at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Roman Catholic Church, Concordia, the Rev. Loran Werth officiating. Burial will be in the St. Concordia Cemetery, Concordia.
Mrs. Racette died Saturday at the Nicol Rest home, Glasco, where she had lived several years.
She was born Aug. 22, 1893, in La Colle, Canada. She had lived in Cloud county since 1909. She was the widow of S. A. Racette.
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church and the VFW auxiliary.
Surviving are 3 daughters, Mrs. Matthew Richard, Salina; Mrs. D. T. Durston, Topeka, and Mrs. John D. Russ, Junction City; a son, Armand, Concordia; a sister, Mrs. Clara Racette, Merced, Calif.; 2 brothers, Victor and Ovid Deneault, both of Concordia; 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A rosary will be said at 7 pm Sunday at the Chaput-Buoy funeral home, Concordia, where friends may call.
